Jon Chapetta

Owner and Head Coach

Meet Jon, our dedicated coach at Fitness4ward with 15 years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Originally from San Diego, Jon earned a B.S. in Biology with the intention of attending medical school. However, during his college years, he discovered his true passion lay in coaching individuals to become physically and mentally stronger.

With a focus on helping people achieve optimal health and wellness, Jon founded Fitness4ward in 2010. He has since helped numerous clients come off blood pressure, diabetes, and depression medication through his personalized coaching programs. Jon’s commitment to empowering others to become healthier and fitter has made him a valuable member of our team. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, enhance your mental well-being, or recover from an injury, Jon has the expertise and experience to guide you towards success.

Wing Ly

Strength & Conditioning Coach

At Fitness4ward, we are proud to have Wing Ly on our team as a highly qualified coach and athlete. With over six years of experience coaching, Wing brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, including her certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specialization in functional strength and hypertrophy training, and a background in nutrition and weight management. Her dedication to supporting individuals on their fitness journeys is evident in her passion for coaching and helping others achieve their goals. We are delighted to have Wing as a valuable member of our team, sharing her expertise and experience to help our clients reach their full potential.

Keith Correa

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Meet Keith, our accomplished weightlifting coach at Fitness4ward. Keith has been competing in accredited weightlifting competitions since he was 17 years old, and he has consistently proven himself to be a top competitor. With an impressive deadlift of nearly five times his body weight, Keith has secured 1st place finishes in over seven competitions.

At Fitness4ward, Keith brings his extensive knowledge and experience in weightlifting to help clients reach their strength and fitness goals. With his exceptional coaching skills and dedication to his craft, Keith is a valuable member of our team.
