Welcome to our Weight Loss San Diego Boot Camp! This program is geared towards burning the most amount of calories in the least amount of time. Our trainers focus on leaning and toning your body using all types of exercises, equipment and fat-blasting cardio moves to keep your body burning fat long after the workouts are over.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified San Diego personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. We believe that everyone has the ability to transform their body and mind through fitness and encourage all levels of fitness in these session.

I decided to join Fitness4ward and found that Jon is extremely knowledgeable in health, fitness and nutrition. It is obvious that he is passionate about what he does and this passion is reflected upon by the tremendous results his clients have shown. I have found that his “formula” of nutrition and exercise pays off, no gimmicks, just smart choices in his coaching program and dedication. Jon is serious about the service he provides, but he is NOT a serious guy. Each of Fitness4ward’s bootcamp sessions are filled with entertainment. He is hilarious, a “unique” dancer, but these are a few reasons why his members love him. Fitness4ward’s bootcamp is by no means easy; it is challenging but definitely rewarding. Every session will be geared toward building you a solid foundation in exercise and strength training in a fun environment. We program the workouts to target specific muscle on different days to encourage learning about all muscle groups, how to tone and lean all parts of the body and how to challenge your body’s current physical state. Our trainers are expert in exercise and physiology and are educated on the latest science backed research to provide the best results.
We incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT) in all of our sessions to keep your body in the fat burning zone throughout the whole workout. This is an important aspect of our training and our members love the way they feel after an awesome sweat session. Through our HIIT your body will be burning fat for up to 36 hours after the workout, keeping you progressing toward your goal long after your workout is finished.
This is one of the most important factors in our members success at Fitness4ward. Nutrition is a crucial part of our fitness program and we take all of our members through our nutrition coaching program. This program consists of 1 on 1 coaching with one of our Precision Nutrition Certified Coaches (www.precisionnutrition.com) who will provide you with everything you need to know about nutrition. We provide a step by step coaching process which is geared toward learning about how nutrition affect the body and how it helps with fat loss
“Before starting Fitness4ward I had gone through two meniscal repairs on each of my knees. I signed up for a month at this program to try it out, starting back in late January and I was about 195 pounds, next to no muscle, and a disgusting body fat percentage. I did not take the workouts quite as seriously when I first started. After a while I became more dedicated to boot camp and starting seeing a positive change.
I set reachable goals for myself, nothing that I couldn’t accomplish, but most importantly I listened to my trainer. If he told me to pick up a heavier weight, change my form, hold my stance, or try something new; I obeyed. I compared myself to others more physically fit and looked at them as a new challenge to overcome or as someone to match, not with doubt that I could never become that.
It was never easy for me, as it shouldn’t be for anyone. I cheated on the diet a few times, but I always went back and never strayed too far from eating healthy. I rarely skipped a day, and regret each time I did.
Working out is hard, if it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be called, “Working Out.” So with this I leave you with two of my favorite fitness quotes.

1. Can I Participate If I have never worked out?
Absolutely! We have had participants of all ages, all shapes, all sizes and all fitness levels attend our program and all have gotten amazing results. Our Fat-Loss Boot Camp is for those looking to lean out and lose excess body fat with the use of high intensity interval training and lighter weights. You don’t need to have any prior workout experience to join these sessions and we encourage all fitness levels to try these quicker paced and energy filled sessions. We incorporate the fundamentals of exercise in these sessions and put an emphasis on learning about all muscle groups and how to target the muscles the most effectively to prevent injury while seeing optimal results. You don’t need to be an athlete or have any experience whatsoever to join our program. You will never be asked to complete more than you are capable of safely performing, and we understand more than anyone that everyone has different levels of fitness. Whether you have 5lbs or 50lbs to lose or maybe even that last stubborn 15, you will soon discover that our boot camp is perfect for you, and can be tailored for every individual. Both women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels attend our camp, achieve amazing results and all work at their own pace.
2. Will I be able to participate if I have a history of joint pain or injuries?
Our members come from all walks of life, and we are able to accommodate all issues. Our trainers are well studied in exercise science and how to work with those with a history of past injuries and surgeries.
3. How often can I attend?
We suggest that you attend 3-5 days a week. Some members do 2 times a week, and others do 6 times a week. It all depends on your fitness level and your desire to change.
4. What do I need to bring?
We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, a towel and a positive attitude.
5. What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned in the shortest and safest time possible. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence, strength, agility, balance and coordination.
6. Which programs do you offer after my trial is up?
We have a variety of programs to choose from and all our programs are tailor made to each individuals fitness level and needs. However we can tell you that we have programs priced as low as $100 and as much as $2500.
